Minidisc Net MD transfer - tech guys PLEASE HELP!

I have a Sony Minidisc NetMD player, with SonicStage as my transfer program (came with the player) and I've recorded one minidisc from my Kazaa MP3's, which worked fine, now I'm trying to make another, and it pops up errors such as "Can't write following tracks" with a list of about half of them, or "Can't Aunthenticate" or "Can't Transfer" or "Can't confirm copywrite information" etc etc and I can't tansfer my damn songs, possibly because they're from Kazaa... anyone have a similar problem and know the solution? The help file is not helpful ironically enough.
