    Hey guys,

    It's hard to beleive that we are going into year 4 of C&C. As some of you know, this event has grown from a small gathering at Caribou with 30-40 cars to a montly showing of 500+ cars inside the Motorplex on any given First Saturday.

    April may be a little colder for us this year, but the extended forecast shows sun every day from now to next Saturday which means that most of this snow and ice will be gone by then.
    In order to keep things organised, please try to arrive as early as possible (the event starts at 8am) so that you can get a parking spot. We have gotten to the point where we have to turn people away or ask them to park in spectator parking when they arrive after 9:00 because there is no room. There is some extra parking this year, so take a look at the map and follow the direction of the people that will be helping you park.
    Please keep the burnouts and hard launches for the track. We need to be respectful of the property and our host as well as the garage owners that allow us to have our event at their place.

    The location is the Minneapolis AutoMotorplex located at:
    8200 Audobon Rd. Chanhassen MN

    For people traveling east of 494 we would encourage you to take the Crosstown (62) extension (HWY 5) the where it becomes 212, exit on Powers Blvd (Which is 1 exit past 101) go right, drive approx 500 ft and turn left on Lyman (at the light) travel approximately 1 mile, turn right on Audubon and we will be 1.1 mile on the left.

    Due to which cars are ready for such a drive and who wants to come with me I am thinking the Rolls Royce, Dino Coupe, or TVR.

    You have an amazing Dino! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of it, only video and the video turned out bad :(

    It was a little chilly but the sun made it bearable. A few of the "usual suspects" came out of their igloos for the occasion including Steve, (PassTheSpanner) who drove up from Iowa in his nice Dino Coupe. It was great to meet another Fchatter. I hope we see you again when the turnout is really big.

    Sorry, I only took a couple. I was waiting for a few more Ferraris to arrive (only 4 including my own ultimately made the trip). Most of the row in front of the clubhouse was taken up with Bentleys and Masers borrowed from a car dealer :( There were a few photographers in attendance so it's possible that we'll see more photos.

    I think we might enjoy seeing your photos from tropical paradise a bit more. :D

    Three of us made the trip up from Iowa. The BMW M6 came up with me. We had blast, probably going to arrange a group of cars to come up in coming months.

    Wish the video of the Dino turned out. I'd have like to hear what it sounds like.

    It sounded good, but it was shaky and you couldn't even see the Fiat.

    Maui is great, just no Ferraris, Lambos, etc. to be seen.
    Most exotic I have seen so far is a Jag or 2. and the usual luxury cars. Really no sports cars except the Mustang and Vette rental cars. How disappointing. Oh well.
    Reese I may take you up on a photoshoot offer you posted earlier this year! My car is currently at Sears getting wetsanded and buffed out to correct the paint finish. Hope to pick it up upon my return to the mainland.
