    I cant find the little plastic toggle that adjusts the wing mirror on my 86 328GTS. Anyone know where I can get one? The pin is there but I need the little plastic bit.

    You might want to check the parts cross ref sticky. From memory those switches are from a BMW 7 series but I could be mistaken.

    As mark said already the switch is the same as the one from a BMW 7 more specifiedfrom a
    model E23 .Must be easy to find one!
    If you have problems to find one let me know and i look over here.

    I replaced mine on my '85 QV (I believe it is the same?) a few years ago. There was a BMW logo on the back of it, so I got one off Ebay for $20 or so at the time. Looks and works perfect.

    beating a death horse maybe but the switch of the 328 is NOT the same as the one used on the QV. The QV has indeed a BMW part. The 328 switch is unique to the car, and very rare..

    Exactly. I've been looking for one for years. The BMW part is not correct.

    Does any one have a good picture of 328 mirror switch and toggle?

    Eurospares shows them for $113 US. Part # 61803100. Not sure if they are really available or not. Might be worth a try.

    I would be really surprised if they had a 328 one as they have not been available for years. But the knob on the top is likely the same as the BMW one. Only the body is a slightly different shape I believe.
