FCEV's to me has promise, Infrastructure is an issue but so is the situation for EV's. Given Toyota is not going down the full EV. Yes but apparently but they ain't in a hurry, the infrastructure required and the electricity supply is an issue. A snip from article which echoes what I have been told. “One-quarter of the world’s CO2 emissions today come from electricity generation. Even by 2040, more than half the world’s electricity is expected to be generated by fossil fuels,” Toyota’s head of sales and marketing in Australia, Sean Hanley, told Car Advice in an article titled Why every car on the plant can’t switch to electric power.
