Agreed. As a previous owner of several cars of theirs I'm massively disappointed with BMW at the moment. Their current styling with the ridiculous grilles is hideous, and they appear to have completely lost the plot (going back to fabric roofs on the convertibles. WTF?). Having said that, I'd have an Alpina B3 wagon in a heartbeat.
Is Bangle still designing for them ? I had less trouble with Ferraris in 20 years of ownership than I did with my BMWs ........ ultimate driving machine my arse ..... but I did like their service
The Bangle era is when they started to lose the plot, IMO, but compared to what they're churning out now his cars look beautiful! I still think they're a better drive than your average Audi or Merc, but I don't care how good it is to drive when it looks so bloody awful. I mean, what in the **** is this meant to be? My first time to this event so not sure what its like, its called the Vaucluse Car Club which it seems has 2 events a year, it's on for any Sydney folk at Gap Bluff Park, Watsons Bay this Sunday from 9.00am, I'm taking the Sebring along & there will be some special Ferraris as I understand, our favourite promoter of himself SupercarAdvo is taking as I understand his grey Lafa & a TDF, I'm sure there will be some other great cars & beautiful classics as well. https://www.vauclusecarclub.com
