Went for a ride in a Mercedes Benz ML63 today. 5.5 Ltr Petrol V8 with Twin Turbochargers. 386KW and 700 NM Zero to 100 KPH in 4.7 seconds. Went like you would expect, but I'm glad I'm not paying for the fuel though.
Mate who owns the 360 Modena here just bought one from Melb. Black with black leather. The 6.2L AMG version. A very nice car, paid $80K for it. Also a very fast car he said. He bought it to use as his "tow car". I don't know what he is towing with it though.
The guys done 2,000 Klms at 20 Ltrs per Hundred Klms. Unless you are in the Prius PP, it's a bit like GG consumption!
If it's an Import 360, maybe that's what he is towing. (Joke) This thing near $200K, also Black on Black.
Lol, nah. Aus delivered 360. Sorry, this AMG version is a 2008 model. Still looks like new but and had a $240K price tag when new apparently.
He is having a tug. The ML63 was $172k plus options and on roads, I know because I had a look at them. No way you could spend $240k on one. Discounts to be had too when the X5M came out.
I thought he might have been having a tug. He was the same guy telling everyone here he paid $360K for his 360 18 months ago. He told me he paid $192K. *Thats' A LOT more believable* Either way, it's a nice car and he reckons he paid $80K. A nice car for $80K if I do say so myself.
