It's different on the Hurricane - a plate at the front of the crankcase, not on the LHS. I've removed the 3 screws, but it's stuck fast - more tinkering.

Not much different to this thing advertised locally at an eye watering price: https://classicthrottleshop.com/2023-ferrari-250-gt-california-spyder/
I could own that if it's as good as GTO Engineering cars, it looks beautiful to me & probably drives well too for a recreation/continuation car. To be honest the price is probably not that crazy, a GTO Engineering car is more than that in Pounds before being landed here with taxes etc. I'd rather the GTO Engineering car for sure but without seeing this in the flesh I'm not sure how good it is, the principal of it is not that bad imo.
As per the description: 'This impressive Iso is accompanied by copies of the Certificate of Authenticity from Pier Attilio Rivolta, dyno test results from the original build, a copy of the Iso build sheet associated with the chassis, and service documentation under prior and current ownership.'
As per the description: 'Historians and enthusiasts of the Grifo and Bizzarrini 5300 are well aware that these cars were built in fits and starts over the years as parts became available to various enterprising individuals, and therefore there are often multiple claims to serial numbers and confusing trails of construction and ownership history. Faced with spending seven figures on a car of dubious history, the owner of this car ultimately selected a different path. He was made aware by Winston Goodfellow, one of the pre-eminent gurus of these cars, of a “continuation car” built in Italy by Roberto Negri, a former employee of Iso when these cars were originally built, and now the owner of il bottegone, a shop that maintains and restores these cars.'
