    Tiered parking ? Rack & stack ?

    Couple of geezers I know have an apartment in Prarhan with a press button tiered parking system in the basement, which effectively doubles the car spaces.

    One car space becomes two; either up or down.

    Is the picture something similar ?

    I saw the same thing at some new apartments in Blackburn recently... I guess you just hope the car above doesn't leak oil or brake fluid.

    A mate of mine had this in his house in the Adelaide CBD.

    He kept his M3 up the top (as it wasn't used as much) and his daily driver underneath.

    Worked really well. Needs a fairly tall ceiling though..
