Sell some of them 100's of properties you own and you can Also seeing you are in the actual mine, you should know when things are booming [watch when snr. management are buying up stock big time] and do the same, i have done superb with a gold stock, a little bit of reading/digging [sic] goes a long way.. MARESI!
Lol, yeah. I might have to. Great to hear you have done well in the stock market. I have recently dabbled a little myself and it's all going well.

Congratulations. Of course, one is much more lovely than the other. Both too good for you I might add.
Thanks guys. I was trying to get it delivered before our weekend away (to the exotic Gold Coast), which is Gabby's birthday and our anniversary, but couldn't get it done in time. Luckily the 400i stood in and almost didn't break! Our honeymoon began with a tour of the Lotus factory, with laps of the test track with a factory test driver, a tour of the new Aston Martin factory, and then the Goodwood Festival of Speed (I know, I'm an incurable romantic). Anyway, whilst at the AML factory, there on the factory floor were the two (previously unseen) pre-production Vantage V8 prototypes, waiting for the crusher, and my new wife absolutely loved them. I came across this one for a very good price, and was going to buy and flip, but then I remembered how much she loved them. Oh well, I'll just have to lance a few more boils. The 400i is now officially for sale

Geez that's a beautiful car......I wonder if they are low balling the price at 45 M to generate maximum interest and emotional attachment so the big boys and gals will part with huge money......
the entire market now is run by auction houses and motoring media in lockstep. One side wants to maximise commission, the other sensation. Not hard to see why the top end of the market is booming. A 7-figure term deposit in the UK or US today earns less than 1%, there are no safe yield stocks and the property investment market is heavily regulated in favour of tenants. You can turn to US tech stocks, but the valuation of the FANGS has bubble written all over it. Who knows when the cheap money cycle will end, but the longer it continues, the harder the correction will be. Now is a great time to sell your GTO.
Totally Agree with you Ian.....That's what I think is starting to happen already.....Money is drying up because of lending policy's , people have paid huge money for capital city property which is mainly debt......I can see a lot of households heading towards property negative equity which is not a problem if you don't have to sell....But with the 4 th consecutive interest rate rise now strongly predicted in the states all bets are off IMO....I also believe the 250 GTO is totally recession proof....It's as good as holding pure gold in your portfolio.....But then again I am biased.......
Unbelievable !!......Gave me goosebumps....The sound of an angry V12 and the noise of the shifter clicking through the gates.....I really want another V12 on the floor before I retire but this time with Carbs and no power steering........
