mislabeled seafood

Watched it happen at my favorite local place. Sitting at the sushi bar... watching MY order be made. What busted them was they did not know I spoke Thai enough to understand what the chef was saying. I'm a regular there and called the manager over.

Manager fell all over himself apologizing and must have been a little amazed i figured it out as I did not let on I spoke Thai. I will be interested to see if there is any change to other peoples orders.

 

Shock and disappointment over mislabeled fish, but the guys on the horsemeat thread think it's ok to mislabel beef:
