I have an '88 1/2 Mondial 3.2, and I removed a black plastic cover to retrieve a "lost" tool. This was under the front lid of the car on the passenger side. When I removed this cover, I noticed a relay or fuse link with a slot for a fuse, but there was no fuse there. On the other 3 links/reys, there was a fuse present for each (See pics.) Any ideas or suggestions?
    Thanks!

PS: can't attach the pics due to some ****ing security red tape!

Fitting a fuse here enables the ABS test mode which reads out fault codes using the ABS warning light. It should not be fitted in normal use.

It took a lot longer when I first noticed that missing fuse on my 328 and ended up poring over the wiring diagrams trying to work out what it was for!
