Hi bulls, has anybody more specific infos about Miura S #4695? Photos? Any docs? Gossips? The car was converted to SV-specs. Anyone with more infos?? Ciao! Walter
Ex-Wolfgang Steinhardt, Rosso/Blu, Germania. It is a P400S. And here is its original factory invoice... Converted to SV specs by who? Joe www.joesackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
...and that`s the question of the day!!! I have no idea! I wastold that this was done in the Factory. Also I heard the b******t gossip this car was "...ah yes...this car was once with Walter Wolf!" The car came to Germany via Switzerland in the 70ies. The german title clearly verifies this. Is Herr Steinhardt still around in the Fatherland??? Ciao! Walter
So German delivery = Walter Wolf? Here is 4695 receiving SV-lookalike mods I think. This does not look like the Lamborghini factory to me...note the P400S front wheels, and the original Blu interior. Joe, many thanks for that photos! I know now where the modifications were done. They told me that the car was in Switzerland with Wolf and came then to the Fatherland. I doubt this another Wolfman-story! Ciao! Walter
Yes, a real "story". Wolf told me personally that he had three Miuras: A white P400 ( "a piece of crap" said he) A dark green P400 ("Verde Inglese" he remembered) A gold SV (5092) that he gave to Barabara his New England socialite wife when he got his first Countach. Note that the red/blue 4695 does not fit the description of any of the aforementioned Miuras. Very Best, Joe
IT IS! i have been there... there are P355 and P308 around, do you need any more proofs of that? LOL P.S. interesting to know: all black countachs were in the cannonball movie
Emilio- you are wrong. These pictures shows the car in the premises of well known restorer/dealer MODENA MOTORSPORT. Its the company who host the Ferrari F1 Corse Clienti-activities in EU. Very have at least 5 Miuras with their customers and 2 Countach. Ciao! Walter
was jokin, Walter i find funny how many P400 were updated to S (badge at least...) and how many factory converted to S there supposedly are around
