Miura body resto questions

Hi we have recently been handed a stripped Miura body shell for restoration. I am hoping that some of you may be able to help with the following and undoubtably continuing questions:
1, what is the engine and ancillary weights for the rear, mid and front, so the car can be weighted correctly for panel positioning.
2, what is the correct door gap setting
3, the front clam frame work is not symmetrically level is this common. My instinct is to reposition to make symmetrical to keep front skin anchored whilst driving.
4, is there a packing/insulator between front clam frame and skin.
