Miura S #4770

This is my first time posting here on the board. A very dear friend of mine has owned 4770 since the late 80's. The car was not running at that time and has been awaiting restoration all these years. I am happy to report that a full restoration is finally happening. I have agreed to assist my friend in any way possible.

One item I am hoping my fellow board members might be able to assist with is the history of 4770. My friend purchased the car in San Francisco from a dentist. What few records he provided have since been lost. The car was originally silver/blue with the optional air conditioning. I have been researching the last few months but that's about all the info that seems to be out there. If anyone happens to know anything about the car we would love to hear about it, mostly just for curiosity's sake.

I will post again when I have anything interesting, but I think that might be a while.
