Hi i believe the original tyre 205VR15 Pirelli Cinturato was fitted on the very first car. I have a picture of the chassis on this tyre below. The Ferrari 512BB had 7.5" rims front with 215/70VR15 Michelin XWX and 9" rear with 225/70VR15 Michelin XWX and fitted I think this is a good set up for a Muira. i am a fan of not over tyreing a car and Michelin XWX are excellent on cars like this. Avon CR6ZZ has a wide range of Road Race tyres in very close to the sizes that would fit a Muira. 215/70VR15 Avon CR6ZZ front and either 245/60VR15 Avon CR6ZZ or 275/55VR15 Avon CR6ZZ rear. They are really good tyres but as they are road race they are not totally perfect. Pirelli have made a small quantity of 255/60VR15 and 215/70VR15 CN12 tyres specially for Lamborghini. Making tyres in batches this small is extremely expensive. that 255 tyre fits the rear of an SV and that's about it. so the demand is tiny hence the price. We have a small range of Pirelli Cinturato tyres but those tyres are not among them sadly. I shall let you know if there are any developments. Lamborghini Tyres Image Unavailable, Please Login
God bless Pirelli for trying, and perhaps it's just me that's annoyed- I feel it's just unfortunate that Pirelli opted to make tires that they themselves apparently feel are more suited for a clown car than a Super Car. I would not want to compete in a show and park an SV with "FOR VINTAGE CAR ONLY" stamped in large raised letters on the sidewall. I don't think owners of period Ferraris would suffer such an indignity. Too many lawyers at work. Again, just my opinion.

Or possibly your Bora with a 1/4" spacer! I used to run that size in BF Goodrich R1 competition tire at the track anyway. They squeaked at on those very clever rub ridges in the wheel wells if you hit a big bump on the road in a curve at high G loads. But then you were supposed to be using on the road anyway.
