Some extra pictures of that car and a blue one in action in Hergiswill Switserland! We were on our way to the Mille Miglia and coincidentally met about 20 classic (Miura, Urraco, LP400) and modern Lamborghini's in that small village! I have only one shot of this Miura sadly, because it was quick. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
This yellow car is well known over here. The owner is a real enthusiast and visits every good event and drives his car there. The red one is in the Loheac museum in France. 2 more of the Loheac-car. The other one is a black one at the Oldtimer GP at the Nurburgring. I think about 8 years ago? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The silver car is/was in a museum near Nice, if I remember correct. Museum with cool cars next to the highway. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That red one was during the first Oldtimer-GP I visited so many years ago. The car was for sale for 129.000DM. Condition wasn't perfect, but still a nice car for the money. (129.000DM is about 65.000 euros) The brown car was a couple of years later (also Oldtimer-GP Nurburgring) and I really loved it! Great colour and the interior was nice too. Another picture of the red car. I really love yellow Miura's, but sadly this is the only picture I have of this car. My girlfriend took it as it blasted by us. The clothing of that german couple is really cool now. Another red one at the Oldtimer GP. And the silver car was there a couple of years ago too. Superb condition!! Stunning car! That silver car is so cool, that I had to upload some extra pictures! The California isn't bad either. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Two red ones and a yellow one at Spa Italia 2004. This was it! I hope some will like these pictures. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The silver car is the ex-Ferdosian SV which famously burned almost to the ground in Paris in the mid-80s. It was restored in Italy circa 2002 but sadly the cool downforce winglets that were mounted for the first owner were deleted. Its missing its headlamp surround satin black application too. Okay, cool story! Do you recognise the other cars? The first blue one was almost perfect too and is owned by Paul Koot if I am correct. The man behind the Lancia Hyena Zagato among others.
No problem! I love old(er) pictures too and am a real Miura-fan. I am happy that I could contribute to this great thread! p.s. @Joe Sackey : I just read the new Classic and sportcars magazine. Great item on your car!!!
Yes, its great and only 14 Miuras in a row from a gathering of 27 cars that showed up for the first-ever Miura Reunion in 2000 gets better.... Joe www.JoeSackey.com
This image explains itself. The current owner of this car (Miura SV 5096) actually gets in and drives it despite the fact that it is renowned as the lowest-mileage totally restored Miura SV known. Rescued from the Middle East, its beautifully restored existence is a wonder. As Valentino is probably thinking... Joe www.JoeSackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Joe, This photo I sent you was printed upside down, as it happens sometimes. Here it is mirrored, if you want to use for your book. Philippe www.lamborghinimiura.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hey maybe he was working on a right-hand-drive car with the fuse box and fluid bottles on the other side...LOL. Thanks as always Philippe. Joe www.JoeSackey.com
