I dont hold out much hope but its worth asking: any way to find out which number the destroyed Italian Job Miura is? Joe www.JoeSackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
He told me he always wanted a Miura and I found him this excellent example of a P400S in Minnesota (one of the best restored examples Ive seen) but I didnt expect that he would be THIS excited! Joe www.joesackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
If the car had an italian registration plate we can find out the owner then and its VIN. Ciao! Walter
Thats correct and probably the only way to find out. But the car appears plateless. Joe www.JoeSackey.com
Another fabulous four shoot I organized, 7 years ago. A lime green car in place of one of the orange cars would have been better? Joe www.JoeSackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nothing much is happening... but here are a few items of interest perhaps. - The Ex-Shah of Iran P400SV went into the studio with Les Bidrawn and according to Les the images are 'decent' (his words not mine). The example below he sent me a few minutes ago speaks for itself. - A nice Miura SV sold on Thursday whilst everyone was busy bickering about other issues (is it news when an SV changes hands? ...maybe not). - A Miura SVJ changed hands this week and will be on Californian roads in the near future. Other than that, pretty much the same old thing....hunting for spare parts. Gary? Joe www.JoeSackey.com www.lamborghiniregistry.com PS - Forgot to add! A fabulous Miura P400 sold last Tuesday too (thanks Ralph). Image Unavailable, Please Login
Its been quite a week. Its not every week you get to end the week early and do neat things with the family - like share your Miura SV with your kids. Its not every week you get to celebrate 23 years in your profession. Its not every week you get to shepard three different people into a Miura theyve wanted. So a celebratory drive in the USA homologation prototype SV seemed fitting. As I re-fueled thirsty old "4884" at a gas station, a teenage kid with spiked hair came up to me to admire. I paused to show him the car, my son embarrassed at the fuss the admirer was making over it. As he turned to leave I asked: "You think its a decent car then?" I asked. "HELL YEAH!" was his immediate response... Joe www.lamborghiniregistry.com www.JoeSackey.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thankyou Mike. Ever the gentleman. By the way, when people ask that their name be deleted from the registry, it is done. It is understood that some wish privacy, and others simply need not be entered. Joe www.lamborghiniregistry.com www.joesackey.com

Christian's Miura SV 5096 was the Star of the Chicago dealers debut party. Or was it? Local hottie Carla G (carlagio) stopped driving her own Lamborghini long enough to grace the occasion with her own rare form of Italian Beauty... Look carefully at this old footage from a 1967 movie and you can see not only one of the prototype Miuras (0961, Don Eduardo Miura Fernandez), but behind it you can see the 400 GT Monza... Joe www.joesackey.com www.lamborghiniregistry.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
