Mo Nunn's 1981 Ferrari 308 GTSi - For Sale Vehicle Identification # ZFFHA02B000037461 This car is currently owned by my friend - Ferrari mechanic Cal Simon of Italy Service www.italyservice.com in Las Vegas. Cal is a member of the FCA www.ferraricluboflasvegas.com, and he also is one of the very best Ferrari mechanics anywhere. He has been a Ferrari mechanic since the early 60s! The provenance goes back to the original owner - Formula One, Champ, Cart and Indy Racing League team owner Mo Nunn. Although Cal might tell you that his 308 was subsequently driven by Michael Schumacher, it was never owned by him, and the possibility that Schumacher drove it has not been documented. Mo Nunn provenance, service and maintenance records are all extremely well documented however. It has 36,000 miles, and Cal wants $40,000 for it. That is the top of the scale, but if any 308 is worth it, this is the one. It is in absolutely perfect mechanical condition. It is also in nearly perfect unrestored condition. This car requires only a 100 point detailing to become a concours winner. A major service was just completed by Cal himself. Originally equipped with metric size wheels and tires, it now is fitted with OEM wheels from another year so modern conventional size tires can be utilized. The original metric wheels and tires come with the car. It also has a light weight high performance exhaust system. Likewise, the original exhaust comes with the car, so it can easily be returned to all original concours condition in every respect.
