Hey everyone. Sorry this is nor Ferrari related but I thought you might be able to give me some input as to the best mobile phone service you have experienced.
I currently have At&T wireless here in mid state Florida. It really sucks, black holes everywhere.
Who has the best full US coverage and what network are they using? Does anyone know who makes a phone that can be used in Asia also which has GSM 900 and GSM1800.
    Thanks for the input.

AT&T around here blows. Since they like are taking over Cingular or something, i'm on Cingular about 90% of the time. And Cingular reception sucks too. So yea, it sucks here. I only stay with AT&T cause we get a 50% discount, which is looking pretty bad right now.

We have had good success with Verizon. Usually they have their best deals posted on the net rather than in the store. Here is a link

    Check www.expansys.com or www.gsmphonesource.com

I think they both have some quad band GSM phones.
I have heard good things about the Motorola V600.
I have AT&T gsm and it is the best I've had in my area.

You could pick up a used unlocked phone from ebay that operates on the band you need and pick up a prepaid SIM when you get to where you are going. The phones at those two sites are Unlocked unless stated otherwise.
