    IIRC I've seen a 288 GTO with 355F1 gearbox (probably with 355 engine too in a stretched 308 chassis). I guess the car is in Japan.
    Anyone still have the pics?

    So its not really a 288 GTO, but a 308/328. There are many of those on FChat, do a search. Jim Carpenter and Norwood are the only ones I know that actually stretched the wheelbase.

    IIRC, yes.
    Im sure it has a 355 F1 gearbox

    The blue band under the FChat header, all the way to the left, it says search. But if you are not registered, you may not be able to use the function.
