He was arrested in February on a DUI, and is still driving. Makes you wonder about the system. The real shame of it is that some innocent bystanders got injured and a perfectly good Ferrari got wasted. Too bad his injuries weren't a little more serious, thus eliminating him from the gene pool.
A lot of "David S." Ferrari owners - no Sainatos that I can find though. But I don't have any David S. F430 owners in my database - aside from those Davids whose last names are known.
He hit multiple cars. Including an Impala -- hard enough to flip it over. I'm guessing the Ferrari is in pretty bad shape... Shame. A-holes like this don't deserve to drive a Ferrari (or any other car, frankly).
