    All that money spent on bodywork and paint, yet the engine and interior look like ass. I don't get it.

    From the looks of the engine/interior, I would say it is a safe bet that this car was not exactly "lovingly maintained". The exterior mods do have some appeal, but this car would need a very thorough inspection of the mechanical bits before I'd pay 29K for it.
