I was wondering if anyone here customizes their ferraris or high-end automobiles or if they just leave them stock.

In what way? If you mean after market wheels and performance exhaust, then yes. If you mean fuzzy dice, curb feelers, hydraulics, crown air freshener, naked lady air brushed on the hood, spinners, etc., then no.

While it is a personal choice on what you do with your car, the market prefers stock.

Its tough to sell a modified Ferrari.

If I owned a Ferrari such as a 360, I'd do a bunch of stuff to it. Like tubi exhaust, Novitec rosso tuning kit, racing seats. If I had an enzo, I'd still put tubi on it:)

I think modification is an addiction. I dont think, if i ever buy another american car i'll be able to keep the wheels stock. I just can't stand em. But as for ferrari's, if i had the money i probably would one modify them quite a bit. But when i am able to buy one, i will be leaving it as is and it will make me just as happy.

Modify when there's a better aftermarket product out there then OEM crap-especially on 308s. If I had a rarer car, I'd obviously want to keep it stock. Something like the Countach would lose it's wing, get a Euro bumper and perhaps upgraded ignition, exhaust, cats etc and maybe a difft color when the paint starts really looking bad. I'd still keep all the old parts to sell /w/ the car.
