OK, it's commonly known the HW CS model sucks and is full of technical inaccuracies. Most notably are the complete lack of a rear diffuser, CS-specific interior and front bumper. What specifically can a novice such as myself do to make this example more technically accurate? The lack of the CS diffuser on this model really bothers me, so I would like to use something to either fabricate or substitute the missing diffuser. What have the experts done to make the HW CS model more acceptable and accurate? Some pics would be great!

I was working on a transkit for it but it was put on hold. The easiest thing is to get it lowered up front which makes a great difference. The seats from an Enzo need to be modified to become the correct design but even unmodified ones are better and closer to the originals than the ones that come with the HW model. The front bumper is correct by the way but you need just to change the grilles, for which you can be creative. Anything else involves a lot of work.
For the diffuser go to your hobby shop and check out the various styrene plastic sheets they have.
