These are sequential photos that I took at the first corner after the start of the 2004 Monaco GP.

If you look close, you can see where Kimi R. cuts the corner and takes out the corner pole (made of rubber).

How did those BAR's miss each other? Second picture, the second BAR has its front tires cranked hard right, and the two cars are about a foot apart. Great pix, thanks!

First off, the pictures are great. Thanks for sharing. Now down to business.

After careful examination of the pictures(five minutes) I have narrowed down the list of suspects in the diamond heist.

    1. Clearly involved. He did a great job of distracting the cameras away from the spot where Klein crashed by attempting to get run over.

    2. Probably involved. Why is this guy just standing there? Everyone else is frantically working. He looks too casual so he might be involved.

    3. Probably involved. What is he doing all the way back there? It kind of looks like he is stashing something. Maybe the nose cone?

For entertainment purposes only. I don't actually think any of these guys had anything to do with Jag's idiocy. I do think the marshal with the flag was a little nuts though.

Absolutely stunning pics! What camera did you use? Even on the images where the car is being craned away, the focus looks amazing, it makes it look like a photoshop!

And owsi, good observation. I didn't make the link at the time, but it certainly was suspicious of that marshall to be out there like that. Sleight of hand? Who knows.

The camera is a Nikon Coolpix 2500, the photo they are to 1600x1200 pixel and I resize it with Graphic Convertter (Mac Application) to the dimension of 640x4800 pixel.

Hysterical!! Those shots are awesome. By the way, what's the deal with the one marshall giving the "safe" sign?! INSTANT suspect, being that baseball is an American sport and having no place in the cosmopolitan setting that is The Monaco Grand Prix. Put him on the list!
