Great Monaco pics Love the DB7 Zagato - IMHO one of the most beautiful cars ever. CF Zondas always make me drool as well. Loving the Gulf-colours Ford GT too! Interested in the story behind the Italdesign Aztec. I've never been to Monaco, but have seen similar parking-garage images before. Are these public car parks where you can just stroll up and photograph exotics? Any idea who owns the Aztec, whether it ever gets used, etc? Thanks for sharing!
oook, I thought you were talking about a Pontiac Aztec. I was like... in Monaco? Not familiar with that, I'll have to do some research-- looks like a real beast! 199.9hp? Top speed 150.0! From ************* At least it looks good, right?!
No idea who owns the Aztec, but pics on the website below show that it has been at exactly the same parking lot since at least August 2005: http://www.autogespot.com/viewimages.php?id=3c69a02f However, I also remember seeing a magazine quite recently (maybe 6 months ago or so), where there was a trip with several design studies from Giugiaro (like the Aztec, the Nazca, the GG50). However, I can't remember more details about this trip ... Finally: I saw the car in the parking garage under the Casino. It's a public parking garage, so not a big problem to stroll around. Always good to see some exclusive cars over there ...
Edvar- That pearl white Superamerica reminds me of the similar color 430 Spider that was sitting in that showroom in Fontvielle. Ira Image Unavailable, Please Login
I heard that the F430 Spider at Fontvielle belonged to the same person who now owns the pearl white Superamerica. I thought he is the son of the owner of Zanasi, a well known Ferrari shop in Maranello ...
It seems that this rally was not repeated in 2005. And I'm quite sure the Giugiaro GG50 was also present. So, probably another rally, perhaps just like the Supercar Rally ...
