    I'm putting together better documentation of my French-spec 308 QV. I was wondering if Ferraris sold in Monaco have the same specifications as French-spec cars. In other words, is it legally possible for a French-spec 308 to be sold in a Monaco-based Ferrari dealership back in the early- to mid-1980's? Thanks.

    It is incredibly unlikely that Monaco had any different requirements to France or the rest of Europe apart from the UK (RHD) or Switzerland (noise & pollution) in the eighties
