When I stop-it looks like my antifreeze is spilling out of the overflow tube in foam. Is it possible to boil the antifreeze/coolant?

It's possible to overheat - does your coolant temp gauge indicate an overheat situation?
If not overheating (due to a water pump problem or clogged radiator for example) a very common and frequent possibility is that your coolant cap is failing and you will need to replace it
Other possibilities would include air in the system which would require the system to be 'burped' at air release points on the thermostat housing and radiator.

Good luck and let us know!!
