dopnt know how much different the ounting points are for the 3.2 vs the T Cab but it should be fairly straightforward. The rears are held in but two nuts under the seats...deep socket needed. 10mm if I recall but it has been a while.

You can probably adjust the orientation of the belt cartridge, it can move with all the tugging over time. Needs to be straight up and down where the belt enters the spool.

Getting at the seat belt mechanism is somewhat tedious.
My passenger side belt (right side)was sticky too, it would only extend a couple of inches at a time and retracted slowly. I used an endoscope ($60 on eBay) attached to a long straw from a can of silicone lubricant, carefully fit it in the opening next to where the seat belt exits the rear seat trim and sprayed the mechanism with the seat belt fully extended so I didn't get silicone on the belt itself, let it dry for 30 minutes or so and then operated the belt mechanism several times. Now it operates as good as new!
I did think the same thing to the driver side belt mechanism (left side) and it improved the operation of that one too!

To answer your original question, I seem to remember that there are downloadable copies of the WSM, but I can't seem to find them right now, it might be worth it to just go ahead and buy a WSM and parts manual for your car, also, get a color wiring diagram while you're at it from Afterburner!
Check out this thread too, can't seem to copy and paste the link, but here's a screenshot for you to be able to find it.
