ive just bought a mondial,,,,and have a small problem, starts and idles fine, but is terrible at between 1500 and 2500 rpm, stutters ,and misses ,which is a big problem as this is when driving in town seems to be fuel problem, as i can accelerate through .

Hi, Welcome to the Mondial T owners club...is it a cab or coupe? year?

anyway, you need to learn quickly that the electrical connections in your engine bay are very finicky and their tight connections are your engine's key to good operation. 99% of my mondial engine problems were simply electrical. periodically, pull, inspect and clean all connectors...your mass air flow sensor and the sensors in the exaust (we have cats in us) and throttle position sensors are the source of most of the misery. I had a rough idel problem that was miserable and would not go away....while I had the hood up , i got fed up the the whole car and walked away to go inside to call the mechanic...as I walked away a wind came along and slammed the hood closed and the car started idling perfectly....VOILA! I knew that it was either Enzo's ghost or I had a loos wire connection somewhere that the impact of the slammed hood jarred....this is what living with these 348's can be like some days....there is much needed and important info on this boards
