Mondial & 328 Fog Lamp Lenses

Anyone have a cracked or broken fog lamp assembly? I'm looking for a lenses (the amber top and clear bottom lenses) to use as a "master" to see if I can have some reproductions made up. The donor of the original would receive a free reproduction if this works out, and the broken lens could be sent back as well either way. If anyone has anything lying around please let me know.

(I believe the actual fog lamp assemblies for the Mondial and the 328 are different, but the lenses themselves may be the same. What I'm trying to do is see if new glass lenses could be made up so that just the lens could be replaced rather than the whole assembly. A company is making something like this for Volvos which saves a couple hundred bucks over replacing the whole assembly. Seeing as the Mondial fog lamp assembly isn't even available anymore, this sure might cure a headache if I can make it somewhat reasonable in price.)
