Mondial accelerator cable replacement ?

I used the search function but have had no luck so here's the question.
Does anyone have step by step instructions on replacing the accelerator cable on a Mondial 3.2? It would appear to be straight foward but thats what bothers me;There's always some little thing you don't see and end up breaking something. Any insight will be appreciated. My cable is a little stretched and cannot be adjusted any more, so its time.

In case this is not widely known, there are two seperate part numbers. One for ABS cars and another for non ABS cars.
