    Again, Mondial buds, as Hank and I will attest, these things are super high quality and actually do make a noticible difference. And, eventually, your plastic vent will warp - these are billet milled and anodized aluminum which are bullet proof.
    No affiliation, yada...

    I'll let you know tomorrow if I can pick it up...I am here for a wedding. He said that he has a CNC machine and would be happy to build another 10-20 so I think it is up to the rest of us Mondial owners to get him to make them. I am not looking to step in and be a middle man for all of this as I already have mine and enough stuff to keep me busy chasing my own electrical issues!

    That being said, I chased him down a yearvor so after he stopped so if we can get another 5-10 interested on this thread, I'll help organize the build out.

    What I know from the vent andtalking with him is the the housing is custom to fit, the vents are from an 86 circa BMW and the foam that really improves the flow can be purchased locally...I did all of mine with my own foam and each of you could do the same.

    Thanks

    I am also monitoring the 308/328 a/c upgrade thread going on now to see if any simple upgrades may be developed there that we could use. They are going all-out.

    We (Ricambi) have a limited supply of these awesome vents.

    http://www.ricambiamerica.com/product_info.php?products_id=221714

    In speaking with Steve, he has exhausted stock of the original production run. If the demand is there, we can arrange for more to be made, but the minimum quantity required is quite high, as Steve can't be expected to spend time, effort and money to tool up for ones and twos.

    Consequently, once the few we have are gone, we'll create a waiting list, and once we get enough names on the list to make it economically viable, we'll get another batch made.

    For those not sure about these NONE of the pictures do them justice. I have one sitting here next to my keyboard and they really are very nice. The quality of finish is superb.

    Dave;
    price seems very reasonable considering the material is Al, but, have we determined this fits a Mondial T? I believe you wanted one for your T, and I assume it works.

    Cool David, I'm glad you guys got the deal done to take over the rest of his stock and I will not keep chasing folks to pull together a new plan for making more. I now that at least three more folks wanted to pick them up, maybe you have stock for that now and can take care of them...best of luck with this endeavor and any other stock you were able to pick up from Steve.

    Thanks,
    JMG

    Getting there. We're looking at a complete redesign, with function over originality being the prime concern. And, I promise, there will be NO PCBs!

    In other news, all remaining Mondial center vents have sold!

    If you want one still, please let us know and we'll create a list. Once the list hits 10 we'll commission a run of the minimum 20.
