While I know it is different, I was able to produce and sell the aluminum Mondial center switch panels pretty reasonably and have enough money profit for lunch using an online machine shop.

While I do not have a dog in this fight anymore, I earnestly believe this is quite do-able.

Agreed. And I will pursue this to see what i can do and so should all of us. Collectively we can come up with a solution.

Do you still have any of the aluminum center panels available Russ? Would love to have one of those..

I believe the ST Corsa vent went for about $300. I thought it was high at the time but 5 yrs later it has been worth every penny! Makes a huge difference.

Is the primary interest/requirement still based on an aluminum housing? As an alternative, does anyone have 3D printing/rapid prototyping capabilities? The vents themselves can be replicated/refined as well.

    I wish I did.
The computer the files were on burned out the hard drive. I will check with Emachineshops to see if they have the original files.

The vent parts are not a good candidate for SLA, even using the toughest photopolymer.
    They will not last.....

Machined from aluminum or possibly ABS is a better solution. Injection molding is the best but not viable for the reasons mentioned in previous posts.

If someone can create or locate the old file, I can produce them.
