Hello all, Do the Mondial 3.2 and "t" have the same size boot covers? I recently purchased a used boot cover from Ebay and seller said it was off a Mondial t; however upon installing it I find it is way to small for my 3.2. The cover also has an extra fastener on each side (see pic attached) which makes me wonder if the cover is for the same car. From the quality and fasteners I believe this is an oem product. Is it possible that the cover has shrunk?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe it is one size fits all. They do shrink. Also I'm of the opinion that older tops can become a bit stiff and not fold as cleanly as a new one. I believe that many of the aftermarket suppliers leave the snaps off for the end user to install. If that's the case there can be variability to where the snaps are located. This one looks like it has all tenax fasteners. My car has a snap between the rear of the door and the rear most point.

Thanks for your feedback PV Dirk. Mine also has snaps in the same locations i.e. between rear of door and rear most point however this cover has an extra fastener in between which remains a mystery...perhaps designed to fit an aftermarket roof ? About the size, if it is shrinkage, I am amazed at how much this has shrunk! Perhaps its best to discuss with an upholstery shop to see if they are able to stretch and fit.

My 88 3.2 oem cover does not have the extra tennax on eah side "wing", i saw a t that had the extra so there is at least one difference between the two models. I also have snaps on each end, and one tennax on a tab in the middle, so another difference. My guess is they are the same size, hard to see ferrari changing the complex roof contraption in each model, just different fittings. I can see my wings flap at highway speed, and if the only tennax let go the flapping fastener probably wrecked someones paint, so the extra fastener in the middle the wing looks like a good idea. Anyone added this to the 3.2 model? I havent seen a t in a while, not sure where the fastener on the body would attach.
