    my 86 Mondial recently would not start; the shop found a simple connection but it happened a day later. The shop disconnected the fuse / relay panel, reconnected and it is fine. however there was black soot on the back of the plexiglass fuse / relay panel, does this mean a replacement is going to be needed?
