    I noticed that many Mondial owners remove the exhaust grill. I bought my Mondy used of course and it was missing. I guess it's better for cooling to remove it and the muffler doesn't look half bad exposed yet I wish I had it just because it's the only part missing.

    Anybody know of an exhaust grill for an earlier Mondial8 -2V 1981-82 1/2 for sale or trade?

    Check out eBay - there was one for sale about a week ago as I recall. Or you can try calling T Rutlands to see if they have one in stock. Might be cheaper to see if some of the Ferrari wrecking yards might have a used one. (Google "Ferrari wrecking yards" and I think two come up in Northern California.)

    As far as Mondials without the vented muffler cover - those would be Euro models. The US models have catalytic converters and sensor wiring that would look a bit out-of place with it exposed IMO.

    Thanks, I actually saw it and talked to the guy. It's for a newer Mondial and wouldn't fit. Thanks for the quick response.
