1987 Mondial (US Spec Car) I have just upgraded the muffler to the Quick Silver unit. I have retained the OEM CAT (It has been hollowed) When I removed the stock muffler, I did not see the O2 wires and they pulled from the harness. I have the new system in place but I cannot find where the Sensor and other wire plug in. Where is that Harness connection point? Any help is appreciated. A 328 US has this connection under the fuel distributor on the right side of the engine. I think for a mondial US should be the same place.
I think Guido's right, it could be either of these two, not sure which. Alden View attachment 2193797 View attachment 2271119
No, those are the Frequency Valve connector (whitish/yellowish) and the Safety Switch connector (greenish/bluish). The O2 wiring will be coming off the assembly with the Protection Relay -- item 19 here in the right rear trunk area (on the bottom of the panel): https://www.ferrariparts.co.uk/Diagram/Ferrari/32-Mondial---Cabriolet/127-Secondary-Electrical-Boards-Ch88-Excluded and they will be routed sort of beside the airflow metering unit like this (but this photo is a little mislabled as the green wire with the male spade and beige end is actually the input wire to the Lambda ECU and is where the single wire with the female spade from the O2 sensor would be connected): Image Unavailable, Please Login
