    does the accumulator on the mondial have an in and out or does it not matter?also mine was installed with the vent tube pointing up.seems that should be down.thanks

    Item # 3 from the workshop manual and item # 47 from the parts manual.

    Regarding the vent tube, it does sit at a rather odd angle in the diagram. All of my maintenance experience tells me to point it in such a way so that it doesn't collect dirt and water (from splashing, rain, etc.). Also to point downward in case there's any internal leakage.
