The Car is a 1986 U.S. version. I believe I have it tracked down to a intermittent frequency valve. I can feel the valve "buzzing " the car runs fine I rev it a little no problems I rev it again no response and I can feel the valve not buzzing???
Any suggestions... I am going to start cleaning connections I believe It is where the problem lies. I was just wondering If any had luck or knew of a specific problem.

    Thanks Tony

(I don't have the wiring diagram book for your year/model/version, so can't get specific with wire colors, but) Measure the voltage on the two wires going to the FV (one at a time) relative to chassis ground -- one of them should always be at +12V when the engine is running. If not, you'd look for something being wrong with the protection relay (that's the one with the built-in fuse).
