Hey - Will be going to the Italian Car fest in Dallas in a couple of weeks. Would love to meet up with any Mondial owners if there. best russ
Fellow Mondial and GT4 owners. There seems to be a lot of negative remarks about Mondial and GT4 cars and their owners. I just sent an email requesting us Mondial and GT4 owners to have our own link. The most recent remark was made to snj5 by jimpo1. I invite other Mondial/GT4 owners to send in the same request. I would like to see positive remarks about Ferrari cars. Charles
I would agree, Charles. Please take all GT4 owners and Mondial owners and remove them from this list. Thanks --t
A very professional response from fastviper. The more request the FChat Moderators get the sooner this will happen. Send your request to the Moderators.
I agree. There's just too much technical stuff that is similar to let, the sensibilities of a few hurmorless folks, get in the way of discussions that are of value to all of us who own the 308 series of vehicles. Just my 2 sense of course..
Here's a clue, buddy -- Jim and Russ LIKE each other. It wasn't SNIPING, it was a joke! <foghorn leghorn> I say, I say son, someone heah needs a humah traansplant! </foghorn> Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yeah CK, I've had beer with Russ. I've seen his CARB'd Mondi in person, then had him roar by me on the highway. I even rolled down the window to listen. If I were going to own a Mondi (another snipe! woo hoo!), I'd want his. I'm not sniping the car, I'm sniping Russ. Big difference.
I have had beer with both Russ and Jim. At the same time! Russ's Mondail is really cool. I was going to buy one just to play around with, but if it breaks I cannot fix it personally. Mondials are great cars and belong here.

I love my Mondial, but I'll be the first one to admit that they aren't the prettiest cars to ever bear the Prancing Stallion. Hey! I don't want to be lumped in with just the GT4s. Those are really ugly cars. C.
Admitting that, and absolutely standing up for the concept that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", I gotta yell this one at ya - - "you're way over par, Tiger" - - - just kidding here. The Mondial is unique as a cabriolet but, with it's top up, the rear quarter windows give it a flowing, massive look that is not matched by all subsequent year models. - - - Not that I don't like 348s, 355s, 360s, adinfinitum - - - - - - - - - - - - Cheers, Hank
