I know this is a common problem with mondials and that there can be many things that cause it, but I thought id ask to see if you can offer any help. I have an '85 mondial cab and if the motor runs for more than 10mins, it wont turn over or will take a few seconds. The longer (and hotter) the car has been run, the longer it will take to start (sometimes up to an hour). I don't know if the problem is in the battery starter or what, but I just want to be able to drive my car and not have to worry about if it will start or not. If anyone has any advise I'd really appriciate it. Just walk me through the steps I need to take. Thanks!

Is it the starter that wont crank, turnover, does it do anything at all ?? And only when the car is hot ?
Check/clean the all electric connections ; battery plus and minus, minus connection engine to chassis, minus battery to chassis, check specialy the desconnection contact between starter and battery plus. This is a red plastic contact what you can split up in 2 when taking out the engine. Its placed under the clutchhouse, left side engine. This contact has a direct cable going to the starter. Not all mondial have this contact!!!
I hope you can resolve your problem only with this info...

You are heat soaking your starter. You have perhaps 1) bad contacts to starter
    2) bad solenoid
    3) bad starter motor
