Hello, unforunately the instruments switch on my mondial 8 not working
no fog lights (front/retro) no defrost, no open engine door, front door, etc !!

I remove the switch and some really broken and cut (pics) and some not working

with friend o mine (electric expert) we think to repair it but i need

    1) schematics of single switch ( i think are all the same)

    2) way to remove the switch panel and reconnect all the wire

And still if some one have a mondial 8 electric diagram really help me !!

    Regards J

Don't necessarily assume that your problem is with the switches. Mondial 8's have very fuss electronics and your problem probably lies in your fusebox, which is notoriously finicky or somewhere else. I have never dealt with mondial switches, but have you checked voltages to make sure the problem lies in the switch and not somewhere else. The odds on three switches simultaneously failing vs. a problem with your fusebox or wiring are pretty great.

As you probably know, the Mondial 8 has more electrical gremlins than any other Ferrari of that era (or likely any other), but I have not read much about the switches themselves failing.

If multiple switches have failed, it is likely a symptom of a more serious problem than the cause.

Unfortunately, on all the F schematics that I've seen, they don't show the internal details of these "active" switches.

The dash switches do not usually fail - more commonly it is the center console rocker switches which can be repaired by electrical cleaner fluid (several threads on this).

If you haven't yet, I'd follow Joe's suggestion and look at the relays, fusebox and connectors based on the age of the vehicle..
For individual broken switches, I would try a place such as Eurospares.

    Good luck!

If it does turn out to be the switch I have a spare one in my garage as I have removed all switches from my 83 Qv.

check ebay for the wiring diagram there are a couple on there now for the 82 Mondial 8 right resonable.
On my Mondial 8, I mounted under the dash an aftermarket switch panel with rocker switches some snap and some momentary for use when I need a work around untill I can chase down gremlins. It also includes a starter solenoid igntion switch bypass for when that one inconveniently acts up.

I ran a #10 line fused power wire to the switches and then run a temp wire to the thing I need power for bypassing all the original wiring until I have time to sort it out or to find the needed switch. Switches are 20 amp rated.
I have also spent time cleaning grounds here there and everywhere and have an extra parrallel ground cable to the engine from the frame.
