Of course I did. They actually have the 328 in their computer database, so I believe they are aware. Part of the issue I believe, is that the left side fender on the trailer folds down so that you can open the car door to get out once on the trailer, where the right side does not. If you back it on, or have right hand drive, getting the door open would be problematic. Years ago I rented one of their trailers to transport a Chevy Corvair (rear engined) and they insisted I back it on. That car was not as wide as the Mondial, do egress wasn't as critical, I guess.

How much fuel is in your car when you trailer it? I can give you the weight distribution.

With the engine weight more to the back, the trailer risks to get out of control, wobling from one side to the other side of the road, once you get higher speed.

Right now its almost empty. Maybe 3 gallons tops. Easy to add more if needed.

For anyone wanting to use a uhaul trailer to move their Mondial, went over 600 miles with mine pointed forward. No trailer sway regardless of speed, road conditions, weather, etc. Good idea to cut up some 2x8 boards to ease in clearance when loading and unloading.

It seems to me that right over the axles would be optimal, but I'm no physicist, lol. That looks to be about where it is in your adaptation of my photo.

Stability-wise in front of the axles is better, but for the trailer weight on the tractor vehicle where your car was is pretty good actually.
