Can anyone help me with my quest. I want to remove and repair my clutch slave cylinder and would like any information on how to achieve this.

    Harlee,

It is kinda of a look and remove affair. The cylinder is right on top of the bellhouse and easy to get to. A couple bolts and cotter pin and hydralic line and it is off. The harder part is how to get it rebuilt. There use to be seal kits for them but these cars are getting old. If no seal kit is available White Post in Va. does a nice rebuild job.

The complet slave cylinder (engine side) is to get at FIAT or Lancia for about 85 €. F-OEM nr F107867 cost 306 €. The kit to rebuild is to avoid. It is almost impossible to put a new internal rubber ring over the internal cylinder without breaking it.

You can take the cylinder of by detighten the bolts and open the spanner ring in middle of the outside cylinder. Situated just under the holder with bolts.

Buy a new one, not much savings between rebuilt and new. Paid under a $100 from T Rutlands.
