    My Mondial QV was lacking the duct between the HVAC unit's exit and the dash mounted vents. Most of the ventilation air disappeared inside the dashboard. I measured the duct dimensions and cut one out of softfoam, slightly longer than required so I can squeeze it in place. Subjectively, the airspeed and quantity doubled! Attached the dimensions for those of you who might have the same issue. I can send you the full scale .pdf if needed.

    cool, ours was blowing chunks of foam so I removed the duct also. I'll give this a try.
