    Still loking for the best steering wheel I can replace my standard Mondial one with, fitted a 348 wheel but its a bit to small for good control at speed, so I believe the brushed alloy wheels from the BB or Dino/308 series fit, can anyone confirm the outside diameter of such wheels and where I may get one second hand

    You can buy a new brushed aluminum Nardi size 36. The black version of this wheel was original equipment on a 1980-2 Mondial 8.

    Incompatible terms -- Nardi and good price. Unless you get lucky and find a used one, Nardi is expensive. But they are great wheels. I have one for my XKE that I've been meaning to install, just haven't gotten around to it. I have a Momo wheel in my 308 that I really like. I'll try to post a picture later. Not a bad alternative.
