    Hi Guys,
    I found that mondial roof latches look awesome without black paint. To Paint or not to Paint?
    Love the Metal but must return to black or it wont be Fcar original. Such a shame.

    But nothing else in the interior is shiney, is it?

    The top of my head is shiny so it might work in my car :D

    I thought they would look more like pot metal, that is pretty.

    Pretty you are right. But back to original it goes. Brass plated, but why? was it too help the bad pot metal be stronger, Thanks for the feedback.

    I'm not sure this part is pot metal. It could be brass as it is soft and easy to process, but as we all know, brass is soft and expensive.

    I sometimes really shake my head when I see how Ferrari approached some of the parts on our cars.

    Where did you find those? The PO on my car replaced the latches with some similar ones (from Alfa) when the toggles broke. The alfa ones are close but just a little bit shorter so closing the top is extremely difficult so I am looking for new latches.
