know there are numerous threads on it....looked em over. Yesterday, noticed the 'off' button to kill fan etc. would not work. When I put on AC or Heat, like needed for the morning commute, all works fine. Thinking the OFF button is just not making contact to turn off fan as, now, while driving is constantly on just blowing 'regular' air. anyone have experience rebuilding that area or fixing/taking them out. I'm going to do this after the Mem-weekend. Good thing is, it's not always OFF so still giving me AC/Heat. Foggy mornings can be, invigorating in NorCal Seems rebuilding the switch internals can be a simple tin snip kind of approach. rik
