Mondial T : Rear window

I've searched and found some help, where taking off the side strakes/graters gives access to a panel that when removed, one can 'snake' out the wires relating to the rear windows. Haven't tried that, and can't find any diagram on-line showing this.

Has anyone advice on removing the rear window motor or getting into that rear window assembly. This is for a '90 T cabriolet, but any insight, as the coupe and first year seem to be fairly similar.
